Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Licensed Font Software and delete all copies of the Font Software from your computer and any other devices where it has been installed. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable. Taf Studio (“Licensor”) provides the Font Software as is, without any guarantees of continuous performance or uninterrupted functionality. However, for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of download, the Licensor warrants that the Font Software will perform in accordance with the specifications published on its official website. All other warranties, whether express or implied, are hereby disclaimed, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor makes no guarantee that the Font Software will meet specific requirements, operate error-free, or function without interruption.

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Font Software—even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
